On Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at approximately 7:27 pm, Mr. Jalen Dyer and Mr. Tariq Richarson were shot and killed in the 4300 block of 3rd Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding these homicides.
