On Saturday, August 17, 2024, at approximately 10:06 am, Mr. Victor Porras-Contreras was shot and killed in the 6100 block of New Hampshire Avenue, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
