Any demeaning, derogatory, or abusive language, actions, and/or gestures relating to a person’s race, color, national origin, sex/ gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, political affiliation, personal appearance, family responsibilities, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, matriculation, credit information, Status as a Victim or Family Member of a Victim of Domestic Violence, a Sexual Offense, or Stalking (DVOS) or retaliation for participating in the EEO process is investigated by this Division.
The EEO Investigation Division conducts investigations of EEO complaints and provides counseling and resolutions. The EEO Investigation Division assists sworn and civilian MPD employees regardless of rank, title, or position and other D.C. Government agency employees.
