The Metropolitan Police Department announce a man has been arrested for a First-Degree Sexual Abuse offense.
On Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at approximately 2:00 p.m. in the 1300 block of Maryland Avenue, Southwest the suspect was providing massage therapist services to the victim when he engaged in unwanted sexual acts with the victim.
On Tuesday, May 20, 2025, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 42-year-old Andrew Ramirez, of Jefferson, MD, was charged with First Degree Sexual Abuse of a Client.
Anyone who has had contact with Mr. Ramirez and believes they are a victim is encouraged to call the Sexual Assault Unit at 202-727-3700.
