Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Fourth District seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in reference to a Robbery (Snatch) offense that occurred on Monday, April 29, 2019, in the 300 block of Cedar Street, Northwest.
At approximately 4:10 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect snatched the victim’s property and then fled the scene.
