Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Fourth District have announced an arrest has been made in reference to a Burglary One offense that occurred on Thursday, February 28, 2019, in the 1000 Block of Quebec Place, Northwest.
Between approximately 11:00 pm on Thursday, February 28, 2019 and 8:15 am on Friday, March 1, 2019, the suspect entered an occupied residence at the listed location. Once inside, the suspect took the victims’ property. The suspect then fled the scene. The suspect was later apprehended by responding officers.
On Friday, March 1, 2019, 42-year-old Heather Castro, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with Burglary One.
