Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's First District seek the public’s assistance in locating suspects in reference to an Assault on a Police Officer offense that occurred on Saturday, August 28, 2021, in the 900 Block of Wharf Street, Southwest.
At approximately 11:40 pm, the suspects physically assaulted an MPD police officer at the listed location then fled the scene. The officer was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The suspects were captured by a nearby surveillance camera and can be seen in the photos below:
