Suspects Sought in an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Bat) Offense: 3000 Block of 30th Street, Southeast

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Seventh District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating suspects in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Bat) offense that occurred on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, in the 3000 block of 30th Street, Southeast.

                                            

At approximately 10:35 pm, two suspects approached the victim at the listed location.  One of the suspects brandished a bat and both suspects assaulted the victim.  The suspects then fled the scene.  The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

 

The suspects were captured by a surveillance camera and can be seen in the photos below:
