Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Third District seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in reference to a Robbery (Snatch) offense that occurred on Tuesday, July 16, 2019, in the 1900 block of Vermont Avenue, Northwest.
At approximately 11:10 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect snatched the victim’s property then fled the scene.
The suspect was captured by a nearby surveillance camera and can be seen in the photos below:
