Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Sexual Assault Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in connection with a Misdemeanor Sexual Abuse offense that occurred on Friday, November 15, 2019, in the 1300 block of L Street, Northwest.
At approximately 3:27 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect made sexual contact with the victim then fled the scene.
The suspect is described a black male, approximately 6’3” weighing approximately 190 pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing white pants, a white hat, and a red shirt.
