Suspect Sought in Lewd, Indecent and Obscene Act Offense: 5100 Block of Brooks Street, Northeast

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Physical and Sexual Abuse Branch seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in reference to a Suspect Sought in Lewd, Indecent and Obscene Act offense that occurred on Tuesday, April 30, 2019, in the 5100 block of Brooks Street, Northeast.

At approximately 9:00 am, the suspect was in the vicinity of the 5100 block of Brooks Street, Northeast, when he committed a lewd, indecent and obscene act in the presence of juveniles.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 40 to 50 years in age, heavyset, operating an older model white van, possibly a Dodge Caravan.
