Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Physical and Sexual Abuse Branch seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in reference to a Lewd, Indecent and Obscene Act offense that occurred on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, in the 3800 block of Kanawha Street, Northwest.
At approximately 6:45 am, the suspect was in the vicinity of the listed location when he committed a lewd, indecent and obscene act in the presence of a juvenile.
The suspect is described as a black male, 6’0”, medium build, with slightly gray short hair, stubble, wearing dark jacket with blue jeans.
