Suspect Sought in a Breaking and Entering a Vending Machine Offense: 5600 Block of Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue, Northeast

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Fifth District seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in reference to a Breaking and Entering a Vending Machine offense that occurred on Saturday, October 9, 2021, in the 5600 block of Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue, Northeast.

 

At approximately 3:50 pm, the suspect entered the listed location. Once inside, the suspect destroyed a laundry coin machine and then fled the scene.

 

The suspect was captured by a nearby surveillance camera and can be seen in the photos below:

Anyone who can identify this individual or who has knowledge of this incident should take no action but call police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department's TEXT TIP LINE at 50411.
