Arrest Made in a Voyeurism Offense: 1500 Block of South Capitol Street, Southeast
(Washington, DC) – Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Youth and Family Services Division announced an arrest has been made in reference to a Voyeurism offense that occurred on Wednesday, July 31, 2019, in the 1500 block of South Capitol Street, Southeast.
At approximately 12:00 pm, the suspect unlawfully used a cell phone to record a juvenile victim using the bathroom at the listed location. The suspect was apprehended by responding officers.
On Wednesday, July 31, 2019, 41 year-old Jeffrey Douglass Kaliel, of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with Voyeurism.
