Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Seventh District announced an arrest has been made in reference to a shooting that occurred on Monday, September 23, 2019, in the 2300 block of Hartford Street, Southeast.
At approximately 4:38 pm, members of the Seventh District responded to the listed location for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, members located an adult male victim, conscious and breathing, suffering from a gunshot wound. DC Fire and EMS transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
On Friday, October 18, 2019, 17 year-old Daquan Marshall, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged as an adult with Assault with Intent to Murder.
