Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Youth and Family Services Division, Physical and Sexual Abuse Branch, have announced an arrest has been made in reference to a Second Degree Child Sex Abuse offense that occurred on Friday, August 2, 2019, in the 4900 block of Central Avenue, Northeast.
At approximately 11:30 am, the suspect made sexual contact with a juvenile female.
On Friday, August 2, 2019, 41 year-old Douglas Proctor, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Second Degree Child Sex Abuse.
