Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Sexual Assault Unit announce an arrest has been made in a Misdemeanor Sexual Abuse offense that occurred on Saturday, April 29, 2023, in the 2400 block of 18th Street, Northwest.
At approximately 1:45 am, the suspect approached the victim, inside of an establishment, at the listed location. The suspect engaged in unwanted sexual contact with the victim. The suspect was apprehended by responding officers.
On Saturday, April 29, 2023, 40-year-old Aly Ba, of Fort Washington, MD, was arrested and charged with Misdemeanor Sexual Abuse.
