Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Youth and Family Services Division, Physical and Sexual Abuse Branch have announced an arrest has been made in reference to a Lewd and Indecent Acts offense that occurred in the 1600 Block R Street, Southeast, on Friday, July 19, 2019.

At approximately 8:07 am, the suspect approached a minor at the listed location. The suspect made an indecent sexual proposal to the victim and then fled the scene.

On Friday, July 26, 2019, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 22-year-old Olah Morgan of Southwest, DC, was arrested and charged with Indecent, Lewd, and Obscene Acts.
