Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Third District have announced an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault with Intent to Kill while Armed (Knife) offense that occurred on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, in the 1800 block of Columbia Road, Northwest.
At approximately 2:00 am, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect brandished a knife and stabbed the victim. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. The suspect was apprehended by responding officers.
On Tuesday, October 15, 2019, 22 year-old Jose Jeovany Nataren Ramirez, of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with Assault with Intent to Kill while Armed (Knife).
