Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch have announced an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault With Intent to Kill while Armed (Gun) offense that occurred on Thursday, July 25, 2019, in the 3600 block of Hayes Street, Northeast.
At approximately 1:16 am, members of the Sixth District responded to the listed location for the report of sounds of gunshots. Upon arrival, members located an adult male, inside of a residence, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of life threatening injuries.
On Saturday, July 27, 2019, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 23 year-old Keith Milhouse, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Assault with Intent to Kill while Armed (Gun).
