Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Fourth District announced an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault with Intent to Kill (Knife) offense that occurred on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, in the 7400 block of Georgia Avenue, Northwest.
At approximately 8:35 pm, members of the Fourth District responded to the listed location for the report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, officers located two adult male victims suffering from multiple stab wounds. DC Fire and Emergency Services responded to the scene and transported the victims to an area hospital for treatment. The suspect was apprehended by responding officers.
On Tuesday, May 21, 2019, 58 year-old Yvette Annette McKoy, of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with Assault with Intent to Kill (Knife).
