Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Fifth District have announced an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Rock) offense that occurred on Sunday, July 28, 2019, in the 1300 block of Bryant Street, Northeast.
At approximately 7:00 pm, the suspect and the victim were involved in a verbal altercation at the listed location. During the altercation, the suspect struck the victim with a rock. The suspect was apprehended by responding officers. The victim was treated for a non-life threatening injury.
On Sunday, July 28, 2019, 57 year-old Thomas Lambert, of Northeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Rock).
