Arrest Made in an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife) Offense: 900 Block of F Street, Northwest

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Second District have announced an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife) offense that occurred on Sunday, September 22, 2019, in the 900 block of F Street, Northwest.

At approximately 2:30 am, the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at the listed location. During the altercation, the suspect brandished a knife and threatened the victim. The suspect was apprehended by responding officers.

On Sunday, September 22, 2019, 24 year-old Diego Morado Rodriguez, of Kerrville, TX, was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife).
