Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Fifth District announced an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife) offense that occurred on Saturday, June 22, 2019, in the 700 Block of Irving Street, Northeast.
At approximately 11:24 pm, the suspect and two victims were engaged in a verbal dispute at the listed location. During the dispute, the suspect brandished a knife and stabbed the victims. The suspect then fled the scene. One of the victims was transported to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
On Saturday, June 22, 2019, 37 year-old Tiffany Wiseman, of Northeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife).
