Arrest Made in an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife) Offense: 3600 Block of Brothers Place, Southeast

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Seventh District have announced an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife) offense that occurred on Thursday, July 25, 2019, in the 3600 block of Brothers Place, Southeast.

At approximately 12:42 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect brandished a knife and attempted to stab the victim. The victim then fled the scene. The suspect was apprehended by responding officers.

On Thursday, July 25, 2019, 38 year-old Tiffany McNeil, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife).
