Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Third District announced an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife) offense that occurred on Sunday, May 26, 2019, in the 2700 block of 14th Street, Northwest.
At approximately 10:30 pm, the suspect brandished a knife and cut the victim at the listed location. The suspect was apprehended by responding officers. The victim was treated on the scene for non-life threatening injuries.
On Sunday, May 26, 2019, 57 year-old Ovidio Pujadas, of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife).
