Arrest Made in an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife) Offense: 1200 Block of Kenyon Street, Northwest

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Third District announced that an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife) offense that occurred on Monday, June 17, 2019, in the 1200 block of Kenyon Street, Northwest.

At approximately 8:23 pm, the suspect approached the victim with a knife at the listed location. The suspect threaten to stab the victim. Responding officers located and arrested the suspect.

On Monday, June 17, 2019, a 17 year-old juvenile male, of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife).
