Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Second District announced that an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife) offense that occurred on Thursday, July 18, 2019, in the 1300 block of Wisconsin Avenue, Northwest.
At approximately 9:47 pm the suspect assaulted the victim with a knife at the listed location. Responding officers located and arrested the suspect. The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries.
On Friday, July 19, 2019, a 27 year-old Delonte Peters, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife).
