Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Fifth District have announced an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (BB Gun) offense that occurred on Wednesday, November 20, 2019, in the 1200 block of 18th Place, Northeast.
At approximately 3:35 pm, the suspects approached the victim at the listed location. The suspects shot at the victim with a BB gun. The suspects then fled the scene. No injuries were reported.
On Tuesday, December 3, 2019, a 15 year-old juvenile male, of Capitol Heights, MD, was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (BB Gun).
This case remains under investigation.
