On Friday, May 21, 2004, José Frias was found in the 1000 block of Quebec Street, NW, suffering from fatal gun shot wounds he sustained after an altercation with unknown suspects. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
