In line with Chief Contee’s vision of strengthening MPD’s community relationships and engagement, the Youth and Family Engagement Bureau (YFEB) was established on May 7, 2021. Assistant Chief Pamela Wheeler-Taylor, leads the YFEB, which includes MPD’s Youth and Family Services Division (YFSD) and the School Safety Division (SSD).
