Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Sixth District seek the public’s assistance in locating a suspect in reference to an Assault with Intent to Rob while Armed (Gun) offense that occurred on Monday, April 15, 2019, in the 3300 block of Croffut Place, Southeast.
At approximately 11:35 am, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect demanded U.S. currency while brandishing a handgun. The victim resisted. The suspect shot the victim then fled the scene. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
