The Metropolitan Police Department has arrested Moises Alexander Delcid.
On Sunday, October 6, 2019, members of the Narcotics and Special Investigation Division’s Gun Recovery Unit located and arrested 25-year-old Moises Alexander Delcid in the 1900 block of M Street, Northwest. A firearm was recovered during his arrest. He has been charged as a Felon in Possession of a Firearm and as a Fugitive from Justice.
