Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Sixth District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect vehicle in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Gun) offense that occurred on Saturday, August 5, 2023, in the 5200 block of Just Street, Northeast.
At approximately 6:07 am, officers heard gunshots and responded to the immediate area. Upon arrival, officers located an adult female shooting victim. DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services responded to the scene and transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
