Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Seventh District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a vehicle sought in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Gun) offense that occurred on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, in the 4500 block of Wheeler Road, Southeast.
At approximately 2:30 pm, members of the Seventh District responded to the listed location for the report a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services responded to the scene and transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Two other adult male victims suffering from gunshot wounds sought treatment at a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
