Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Second District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating suspects in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon offense that occurred on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, in the 1400 block of Rhode Island Avenue, Northwest.
At approximately 12:38 pm, the suspects and victim were engaged in a verbal altercation, inside of an establishment, at the listed location. During the altercation, the suspects picked up a variety of objects and used them to assault the victim. The suspects fled the scene. The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries and was treated on scene.
On Tuesday, December 17, 2019, 19 year-old Nysheirah Flood, of Baltimore, MD, was arrested and charged with Destruction of Property in reference to this offense.
