Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's First District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in reference to a Robbery (Snatch) offense that occurred on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, in the 700 block of 7th Street, Northwest.
At approximately 11:55 am, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect snatched property from the victim then fled the scene.
The suspect was captured by a surveillance camera and can be seen in the photo below and in this video:
