Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Third District seek the public’s assistance in identifying additional suspects in reference to an Aggravated Assault offense that occurred on Sunday, July 14, 2019, in the 1900 block of Connecticut Avenue, Northwest.
At approximately 1:00 am, several suspects approached the victims at the listed location. The suspects assaulted the victims then fled the scene. The victims were treated for non-life threatening injuries.
On Friday, July 26, 2019, a 17 year-old juvenile male, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault.
On Thursday, August 1, 2019, pursuant to a DC Superior Court custody order, a 15 year-old juvenile female, of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with Simple Assault.
This case remains under investigation.
