Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Fifth District seek the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects in reference to a Robbery (Snatch) offense that occurred on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, in the 900 block of 3rd Street, Northeast.
At approximately 5:42 pm, two suspects approached the victim at the listed location. One of the suspects snatched the victim’s property and then both suspects fled the scene.
