Suspects Sought in a Kidnapping and Robbery (Force and Violence) Offense: 2000 Block of 14th Street, Northwest

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division seek the public’s assistance in locating two suspects in reference to a Kidnapping and Robbery (Force and Violence) offense that occurred on Sunday, June 2, 2019, in the 2000 block of 14th Street, Northwest.

 

At approximately 11:37 pm, the suspects approached the victims as they sat in a vehicle at the listed location. The suspects assaulted the driver and took US currency. The suspects then entered the victims’ vehicle and directed them to drive. The second victim then gave the suspects US currency and the suspects exited the vehicle and fled the scene.

 

Suspect one has been described as a Black male, with a dark complexion, early 20’s in age, 5’3” in height, clean shaven, short curly hair and wearing a white T-shirt.

 

Suspect two has been described as a Black male, early 20’s in age, 5’3” in height, clean shaven, short curly hair, and wearing a black T-shirt.
