Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Third District seek the public’s assistance in locating suspects and a vehicle in reference to an Armed Carjacking (Gun) offense that occurred on Monday, July 17, 2023, in the 900 block of Euclid Street, Northwest.
At approximately 3:59 pm, two suspects exited a vehicle and approached the victim, who was seated in their vehicle, at the listed location. One of the suspects brandished a handgun and demanded the victim exit the vehicle. The suspect took property from the victim then one of the suspects fled the scene in the victim’s vehicle while the other suspect fled the scene in the other vehicle.
The suspects and suspects’ vehicle, described as a red Toyota RAV4 last seen displaying Maryland tags of 3CW1956, were captured by surveillance cameras and can be seen in the photos below:
Anyone who can identify these suspects or vehicle or who has knowledge of this incident should take no action but call police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department's TEXT TIP LINE at 50411. The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a violent crime committed in the District of Columbia.
