Suspect Wanted in Armed Robbery of an Establishment (Gun) and Armed Carjacking (Gun) Offenses in the Sixth District

from the Metropolitan Police Department's Sixth District seek the public’s assistance in locating a wanted suspect in reference to Armed Robbery of an Establishment (Gun) and Armed Carjacking (Gun) offenses that occurred in the Sixth District.

Armed Robbery of an Establishment (Gun): On Thursday, June 4, 2020, at approximately 4:42 pm, the suspect entered an establishment in the 4800 block of Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue, Northeast. The suspect brandished a handgun and demanded US currency from the register. The victim complied and the suspect fled the scene. CCN: 20-083-052

Armed Robbery of an Establishment (Gun): On Thursday, June 4, 2020, at approximately 11:05 pm, the suspect entered an establishment in the 4000 block of Minnesota Avenue, Northeast. The suspect brandished a handgun and demanded US currency from the register. The victim complied and the suspect fled the scene. CCN: 20-083-197

Armed Carjacking (Gun): On Friday, June 5, 2020, at approximately 2:15 pm, the suspect approached the victim in the 4200 block of Minnesota Avenue, Northeast. The suspect brandished a handgun and demanded the keys to the victim’s vehicle. The victim complied and the suspect fled the scene in the vehicle. CCN: 20-083-456

The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in locating 35 year-old Joshua Hasan Jamison, of Southeast, DC. Jamison is currently wanted on a DC Superior Court arrest warrant in reference to these offenses. Jamison can be seen in the photos below:

The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a violent crime, including armed robbery, committed in the District of Columbia.
