Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's First District seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in reference to a Robbery (Snatch) offense that occurred on Friday, April 19, 2019, in the 700 block of H Street, Northwest.
At approximately 5:50 am, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect took property from the victim and fled the scene.
The suspect was captured by a nearby surveillance camera and can be seen in the video below:
