Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Fourth District seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in reference to a Robbery (Snatch) offense that occurred on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, in the 3400 block of 14th Street, Northwest.
At approximately 11:42 am, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect snatched the victim’s property then fled the scene.
