Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Second District seek the public’s assistance in locating a suspect in reference to a Robbery (Snatch) offense that occurred on Monday, March 30, 2020, in the 1300 block of Massachusetts Avenue Northwest.
At approximately 12:40 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect snatched the victim’s property then fled the scene.
