Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Third District seek the public’s assistance in locating a suspect in reference to a Robbery (Snatch) offense that occurred on Tuesday, December 3, 2019, in the 1300 block of Irving Street, Northwest.
At approximately 7:09 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect snatched property from the victim and then fled the scene.
