Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Third District seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in reference to a Robbery (Snatch) offense that occurred on Thursday, November 7, 2019, in the 1200 block of Irving Street, Northwest.
At approximately 4:17 pm, two suspects approached the victim at the listed location. One of the suspects snatched the victim’s property and then both suspects fled the scene.
