Suspect Sought in a Robbery (Force and Violence) Offense: 2800 Block of Alabama Avenue, Southeast

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Sixth District seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in reference to a Robbery (Force and Violence) offense that occurred on Tuesday, June 16, 2020, in the 2800 block of Alabama Avenue, Southeast.

At approximately 3:24 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect forcibly took the victim’s property. The suspect then fled the scene. During the encounter, the victim sustained non-life threatening inujuriesand was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
