Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Fifth District seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in reference to a Robbery (Force and Violence) offense that occurred on Friday, February 1, 2019, in the 1900 block of Rhode Island Avenue, Northeast.
At approximately 3:30 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect assaulted the victim and snatched the victim’s property. The suspect then fled the scene.
