Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Fifth District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in connection with a Lewd and Indecent Acts offense that occurred on Monday, February 11, 2019, in the 400 block of L Street, Northeast.
At approximately 8:00 am, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect exposed himself to the victim then committed a lewd act. The suspect then fled the scene.
